Short answer…hold the baked potato!
I’m just back from a quick road trip to Kansas City and the steak I had there will not soon be forgotten! Here’s a short video about how (and why) I stay on track while traveling.
To my surprise, this hotel gym exceeded my low expectations and had everything I could want for a complete workout, including free weights and an extensive kettle bell collection; only missing a squat rack. The Westin charges guests a $5 equipment fee for using the gym. I didn’t mind paying it, but with an average room price of $200, it does seem unnecessary. People don’t need extra excuses not to work out. What if the Westin paid their guests to use their fitness facilities instead? They could award extra points or bar vouchers;-) Give your guests the extra incentive they might need. Change the World Westin!
Kansas City was easy with all the meat, meat ,meat! Let’s see how I do next week in NY City!?
How do you do on the road?
