Michelle Obama is a truly elegant and committed fitness Role Model. Everyone talks about her amazing arms; understandably so, but her back is something to aspire to as well! The first lady obviously works out hard and lifts heavy weights. My speculation is that she doesn’t reveal the specifics of her workouts because any mention of heavy weights would be way too controversial for the public to handle!
I’m extremely curious about her training and I’d love to work out with her once! In the White House? Maybe someday.
